I am an avid reader and this book keeps me reading, makes me want to know more, what's next, can't put it down.
same as World's end P
i was expecting the cover with keanu reeves, but i received with the cover of the warrior wich is nice for me.
The book and story are awesome. Great detail. You can see everything in your mind.
Vinge is a very good writer, but this one is not the best one. But it is entertaining and easy to read. Good for a weekend!
It is a beautiful story telling. I love the Japanese Culture. I've lived in Japan for 4 years and found what Honor andLoyalty meant to a Japanese. Although the Samurai population have long been gone the true meaning of Honor lives in every Japanese. Miss Vinge had captured the downfall and glory of a Culture that was both fascinating and horrifying. It was inevitable that they all perished at the end.
I really enjoyed this fictionalized version of the 47 Ronin. The author's portrayal of events added more life to the story and kept my interest throughout. In my estimation, this is a Thumping Good Read!
